The Granary involved the conversion of existing outbuildings into a two bedroom ancillary dwelling to the main house.
Glenrate Project Management Ltd supplied a fully detail cost breakdown for the project together with a strategy for obtaining the highest level of finished quality by using the best quality trades people for each section of the project. We subsequently managed the project through to completion providing regular updates on progress and costs against budget.
By utilising our design experience we were able to provide bespoke solutions to enhance the existing design, layout and specification all within the original budget.
