Community & Sports Facility
The Hillside Scout Group and the Hillside Activity Park both registered charities had been raising funds for a new scout hall and changing room facility on their site. Whilst fund raising was not complete they had sufficient funds to start on the project and start providing some of the facilities required.
Glenrate Project Management offered to assist on a 'pro-bono' basis and have provided a detailed cost plan for the project which has enabled the project to commence on a stage-by-stage basis in parallel to the on-going fund raising.
By proceeding down a project managed route, both charities will benefit from the savings that this route offers and this will ensure that all the available funds are expended on the facilities themselves.
